The machine features integrated, heavy-duty rollers between the tank, allowing for exceptionally smooth and effortless transfer of the cleaning basket from stage to stage. This ergonomic design eliminates heavy lifting, significantly reducing operator fatigue and streamlining the manual workflow.

Engineered for deep and consistent contaminant removal, the first stage combines powerful high-frequency ultrasonics with continuous filtration to maintain fluid longevity, and an automated lifting & agitator system that dynamically oscillates the parts to dislodge stubborn oils and debris from complex geometries.

The second stage is a dedicated rinsing tank equipped with a high-efficiency heating system to accelerate chemical residue removal. Integrated with the automated lifting and agitator system, it ensures every part is thoroughly and effectively rinsed free of all chemical traces.
