Vapor Degreaser is a closed-loop precision industrial cleaning system combining solvent immersion, vapor cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, spray cleaning, and drying. Built with industrial-grade stainless steel and full insulation, it features dual-stage cooling coils, an automatic lid, and an internal sliding cover, ensuring the entire process operates in a completely sealed environment to prevent solvent diffusion and minimize emissions. This eco-friendly system effectively removes oils, grease, wax, flux, and particulates. Managed by a PLC+ HMI control system and a robot arm transport. This automated, closed-cycle process is engineered for maximum efficiency and superior cleanliness for high-tech manufacturing.

This video shows Skymen's automated vapor degaser workflow. The cleaning basket automatically enters the inlet, followed by the immediate closure of the lid to seal the chamber. Inside the sealed enclosure, the PLC-controlled robotic arm takes over, precisely transporting the cleaning basket through each processing stage and freeboard drying sequence according to preset recipes.
